Ah, so that's the theme! It all makes sense now - good luck on your project. I stop by every night to ponder these faces - and wonder too about the delicate issue of privacy - do these people willingly take part - and what about you immigrant communities?

@Sidonie: All photos are taken during public events. Concerning our immigrant communities: Ghent has about 150 nationalities. I' m just starting a project within this project to portray 100 people from 100 different nationalities.
Intense! I've been in Brussels a year now and have yet to visit Ghent. I shall come soon to see the famous street life portrayed in your photos. Nice one.

The expression is very nice and the 'tall' point of view works very well. Although i wish the woman wasn't in front of the men.

This is my fav form of photography. I do this all summer long here. Stranger shots that is. This is excellent. Great capture.
